Job Summary:
Design of High Frequency IC building blocks in Si technologies for Mobile Devices to support GSM, UMTS, CDMA etc. cell phone standards.
A physical understanding of Si bipolar, CMOS and SOI-CMOS transistor DC and RF characteristics is required. Familiarity in RF design technique and experience in non-linear circuit design is important. Competent in the use of the software tools for RFIC circuit simulation (ADS), electromagnetic simulation (HFSS), and chip layout.
Specific experience in large signal RF devices like PA or switches in CMOS and SOI-CMOS are required.
Measurement skills are needed with the following test equipment: modulated signal sources, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, power meters, etc. Competency in “hands-on” tuning of RFIC circuits is required. MS Office tools for data analysis and presentation.
Job Qualifications:
* Experience in design& development of Si based PA and switches.
* Proficient in analysis, simulation and design using CAD tools.
* BSEE, MSEE, RF&Microwave training.
* >5years experience in Si, CMOS, SOI-CMOS design and circuit development.
